The rudder and elevator have servo horns. I made them with 1mm multiplex but plastic or bought ones will do as well. For the hinges I bought special hinge tape from HobbyKing.

The servo horns are glued in after cutting a slot with a knife. I used epoxy.

The beam are fibers with epoxied connections from HobbyKing.
